If you kick field goals for a living, it doesn't hurt to have a good connection to The Big Guy above. Former FSU kicker Graham Gano, still wearing garnet and gold as a Washington Redskin, is obviously well-connected. In this recent appearance on CBN-TV, Graham talks about his how he became a kicker and his recruitment by Bobby Bowden. We're not pushing a religious message here, but it's interesting to know that even missing a crucial three-pointer doesn't shake Graham's faith.
